Terrence Moorehead

CO‑FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CHAIRMAN

Championship track athlete. Big‑mountain skier. Park City local. Off the mountain, Terrence is the kind of CEO who’s been there, found his line, and kept going — from Gillette and Booz Allen to Avon and Nature’s Sunshine, he spent the last three decades earning street‑cred by building Fortune 100 brands and investor‑grade transformations. Along the way he’s built purpose‑driven businesses, fixed broken ones, and delivered results that don’t need a footnote. He also founded the Impact Foundation, which has already nourished over a million women and children. So, when it comes to helping kids at scale, he’s done it before. He brings visionary horsepower, mountain‑tested grit, and a full‑send mindset to RipLine’s mission to crush childhood hunger. When he’s not in a boardroom, he’s chasing big‑mountain lines or putting in miles. Sometimes both in the same day. He’s seen up close what hunger steals from kids… and he’s done watching.

Bob Mercer

Bob Mercer

FOUNDING DIRECTOR & SECRETARY

Bob brings legal and governance horsepower to the RipLine Foundation Board. As former General Counsel for Volvo North America and Mazda North America, he shaped corporate governance, strategy, and global operations at the highest level. He’s served on numerous boards and left a deeper‑than‑his‑handicap mark on every one. An avid golfer, former skier, and lifelong outdoorsman, Bob has a thing for clean lines, clean contracts, and clean fairways. He’s here because he believes childhood hunger is unacceptable in a country this abundant — and he plans to help RipLine prove it’s also fixable. Bob keeps the mission sharp, the conversations honest, and the rest of the Board on its game.

Katie Mersch

Katie Mersch

FOUNDING DIRECTOR & TREASURER

All‑terrain outdoor engine — skier, biker, hiker, roamer — who treats the Wasatch like her personal training loop. By day, Katie is a seasoned CFO and operations leader with battle‑tested experience across aerospace, defense, and satellite communications, including senior roles at ST Engineering iDirect, L3 Technologies, Lockheed Martin, and Albany International. She brings financial discipline with trail‑runner energy: fast, focused, and allergic to waste. As Treasurer, she’s the reason 100% of every dollar RipLine raises lands where it’s supposed to — in the hands of partners who feed kids. She’s here because she believes no kid should have to learn, grow, or dream on an empty stomach, and she makes sure every dollar gets to one who needs it.

Beth Armstrong

Beth Armstrong

FOUNDING DIRECTOR

Defines what being A force means. Killer skier, relentless hiker, natural ascender — Beth brings the same intensity to community leadership that she brings to the mountains. A cornerstone of the Park City nonprofit ecosystem, Beth served as Executive Director of the People’s Health Clinic, transforming access to care for thousands. Today she’s Executive Vice President at Reef Capital Partners and Managing Director of Marcella Club, blending strategic capital with deep community insight. She’s at RipLine Foundation because a decade of nonprofit leadership has taught her that hunger is one of the most important issues in America — and she’s determined to help RipLine prove it can be solved. She elevates every room, every team, every trail she steps onto.

Mike Lee

Mike Lee

FOUNDING DIRECTOR

Former ski racer, backcountry expert, professional ski instructor, and road‑bike enthusiast — Mike is a born‑in‑the‑West kind of athlete who thrives anywhere there’s altitude, snowpack, or a reason to push harder. Off the mountain, he leads private M&A deals focused on next‑generation technology and systems opportunities. Mike is here because he wants every kid to have a fair shot at building a future — and he brings the digital horsepower and strategic clarity RipLine needs to scale fast and smart. Mike may not be Park City–born, but he’s definitely Park City–calibrated: a boondocking, big‑mountain problem‑solver built for impact.
